things to consider before your treatment
Showers
Before your procedure, it is important that you take a thorough shower and put on clean, comfortable clothes. This will help ensure a hygienic and safe treatment.
Alcohol & nicotine
Avoid alcohol and tobacco at least 48 hours before your hair transplant. Alcohol can act as a blood thinner and increase bleeding during the procedure, while tobacco can impair the body's healing process and negatively affect the outcome.
Caffeine& blood thinners
Avoid caffeine, as well as blood thinners such as Ipren, Omega 3 and aspirin, at least 48 hours before the procedure. These can increase the risk of bleeding during treatment and negatively affect the outcome.
Any medicine
If you are taking any medication, for example for high blood pressure, it is important that you bring it to your treatment. This helps us to ensure a safe and secure experience for you.
Shaving
Do not shave your hair before your visit to us. We want to be able to see how your hair grows naturally, for example if you have a tangle or special growth patterns. This information helps us to create the most natural and aesthetic result possible.
Comfortable clothing
We recommend that you wear a blouse or shirt with a front button. This way you won't have to wear anything over your head after your transplant, reducing the risk of disturbing the treated area.
Eat a good meal before
Make sure to eat a nutritious meal before your hair transplant. This will help you keep your energy levels up and feel good throughout the procedure.
It takes time to do a hair transplant
A hair transplant is a time-consuming process, so make sure not to book anything else on the same day. It may also be a good idea to plan some time off in the first few days after the procedure to give yourself time to rest and recover.
Legitimation
Don't forget to bring valid identification when you come for your procedure. This is necessary for us to ensure your identity and provide you with the best possible service.
